The series will follow a Latina girl who investigates the disappearance of her best friend and discovers a dark underbelly of their exclusive boarding school that goes beyond money and privilege.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Among Vazquez\u2019s prominent early credits is \u201cNikita,\u201d the CW\u2019s thriller drama series, for which she served as a writer, co-producer and executive story editor from 2011-2012. She also wrote and story edited for \u201cPrison Break.\u201d More recently, she has written and co-executive produced episodes of AMC\u2019s \u201cFear the Walking Dead\u201d and written and served as consulting producer for Paramount Plus\u2019 \u201cStar Trek: Discovery.\u201d She is currently writing an untitled \u201cStar Trek\u201d movie for Paramount and Bad Robot in addition to adapting Roger Zelazny\u2019s science-fiction novel \u201cRoadmarks\u201d as a series for HBO, with George R.R.
