She will report into CEO\u00a0Stuart Ford, who set up the independent producer-financier and sales studio in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>At AGC, she will also be involved in the studio\u2019s acquisitions activities, and work closely with AGC\u2019s head of film Linda McDonough, head of television Lourdes Diaz, head of marketing and publicity Bonnie Voland, and COO Miguel Palos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"adm-inline-article-ad-1\" class=\"admz\">\n<div class=\"adma boomerang\" data-device=\"Desktop\" data-width=\"300\">\n<div class=\"pmc-adm-boomerang-pub-div ad-text\">\n<div id=\"gpt-variety-article-mid-article-uid0\" class=\"adw-300 adh-250\" data-is-adhesion-ad=\"\" data-google-query-id=\"CL2yns2FufMCFYmnJwIdVdIDGw\">\n<p>Bourbeau most recently served as head of acquisitions and international at Solstice Studios, where she was part of the senior management team that helped to build the company from launch. Bourbeau handled sales and also served as an executive producer for Robert Rodriguez\u2019s \u201cHypnotic\u201d starring Ben Affleck, which is currently in production. She also launched sales and serves as an executive producer for Russell Crowe starrer \u201cUnhinged.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"widget widget_cxense\">\n<section class=\"cxense-widget \/\/ \">\n<div id=\"cx-mid-article\" class=\"cxense-widget-div lrv-u-width-100p lrv-u-height-100p\" data-widget_id=\"8a00c858b5dc9bbc6730de1cd462cba7848c347c\">\n<div id=\"cx-in-article\">\n<p>Prior to Solstice, she was executive VP of international sales and distribution for Lionsgate, where she spent a decade looking after the studio\u2019s licensing and distribution initiatives and building its global distribution infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Bourbeau looked after the foreign sales of more than 100 films at Lionsgate, including the Hunger Games franchise, Oscar-winning musical \u201cLa La Land,\u201d \u201cNow You See Me\u201d and the Saw franchise. She also assisted in managing Lionsgate\u2019s third-party sales business with producers such as Black Label Media, Participant Media, Thunder Road Films, Alcon Entertainment and River Road Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCrystal brings extensive global sales and marketing experience, decades-long relationships and a dynamic work ethic that will perfectly complement the existing AGC senior executive team.
