The plot follows the monsters, cyborgs, and supervillains incarcerated in the prison, including wealthy genius Julius \u201cThe Lobe\u201d Loeb (Willis) and corrupt warden Devlin (Rooker), who is after The Lobe\u2019s riches. Dan Payne (\u201cWatchmen\u201d) and Brennan Mejia (\u201cPower Rangers\u201d) appear as Payback and Diego Diaz respectively, who increase tension between inmates and staff until anarchy erupts. Tom Cavanagh (\u201cThe Flash\u201d), Kat Ruston (\u201cThe 100\u201d), Kevin Zegers (\u201cRebel\u201d) and Hayley Sales (\u201cDeadpool 2\u201d) also star.<\/p>\n<div id=\"adm-inline-article-ad-1\" class=\"admz\">\n<div class=\"adma boomerang\" data-device=\"Desktop\" data-width=\"300\">\n<div class=\"pmc-adm-boomerang-pub-div ad-text\">\n<div>\n<div id=\"aniBox\">\n<div id=\"aniplayer_selectJS756300416\">\n<div id=\"aniplayer_selectJS756300416gui\">\n<div id=\"av-caption\">\n<div id=\"av-close-btn-overlay\" class=\"av-pos-top-left\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">MastersFX president and CEO Todd Masters (\u201cPredator,\u201d \u201cChild\u2019s Play,\u201d \u201cLegion\u201d) will head the character design.
